Overview

Job Summary:  The specialist will support both payroll & benefits while providing exceptional service to employees. 

 

This is an on-site role and not a remote position.

Responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Assist with processing of weekly payroll
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining records for all benefits
  • Assist in Budgetary process as it relates to payroll & benefits
  • Assist with answering all inquiries relating to payroll & benefits questions
  • Assist with tracking and processing retiree payments
  • Assist with service award ordering
  • Assist with reconciling health insurance bank account
  • Assist with reconciling FSA/HSA/HRA records including bank reconciliation
  • Maintain and communicate information to all employees as to the availability of KPH forms (i.e.
  • intranet)
  • Assist with generating termination letters
  • Ensure all payroll & benefits related matters are handled in a confidential manner
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
    • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

 

Education Requirements:

  • Minimum: High School Diploma of GED
  • Preferred: AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration or Finance

 Experience:

  • Preferred: 0-2 years experience in Human Resource Department, Accounting Department or related field

 Special Conditions of Employment:

  • Drug test
  • Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
  • Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation

 

$18.00-22.00 per hour

 

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
