Scope of Responsibilities: The sales coordinator will play an important role working directly with ProAct’s Sales Directors to achieve maximum yearly sales quotas. This individual will provide support to facilitate internal and external communications, assist in managing production related administrative tasks, and coordinate in-take and output of proposals and proposal coordination. The sales coordinator will be the back-up point of contact with sales directors’ key and developing partners.
Job Summary: You will partner directly with the sales team to provide sales and important administrative support for our internal and external partners. The sales coordinator will play a critical role in coordination and communications per sales director’s needs. You will assist in data and opportunity management with ProAct’s CRM, proposal management, and account manager teams. The sales coordinator will play an active role in the creation and maintenance of events and campaign support to drive new relationships. This role will work collaboratively within ProAct’s departments.
