Scope of Responsibilities: Assist with the day-to-day operations of Account and Client Service Resources of ProAct, while focusing on providing top level service to ProAct clients. Work under direct supervision and follow standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
Job Summary: Assist with the day-to-day operations of Account and Client Service Resources of ProAct. Coordinate and implement the setup and support of existing ProAct clients for all aspects of customer service, account management, and quality assurance.
