Overview

Scope of Responsibilities:  Responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service and ensure proper training of new hires and existing employees.

 

Job Summary: Provide direct supervision and managerial oversight necessary for the efficient and profitable management of the entire store for five locations. 

 

Travel: Extensive travel required

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

  • Ensure and oversee the training of all new hires in customer service.
  • Ensure all annual training for accreditation and corporate is complete and competencies are signed off on initially and annually.
  • Handle day-to-day issues pertaining to customer service that arise.
  • Handle all complaints that are received to ensure they are resolved according to our compliant process.
  • Ensure all orders are processed in accordance with the documentation required for payment by payer’s regulations
  • Report on the complaints quarterly at the Performance Improvement meeting
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans
  • Delegate authority and responsibility to subordinates in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain thorough and appropriate documentation and records regarding sales and document scanning.
  • Evaluate performance of job duties and coach or redirect each employee
  • Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with the patient’s referral sources, management subordinates and other allied healthcare professionals,
  • Ensure that each store exhibits overall store unity, teamwork and a favorable working environment.
  • Ensure that store teams are responsive to customers in a timely and appropriate fashion.
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: AS Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management or related field

  

Experience:

  • Preferred: 3 or more years previous experience in Healthcare, Store Management, or a related field
  • Preferred: 3 or more years previous experience in the DME/ Respiratory/Rehab Billing and management experience.

  

Special Conditions of Employment:

  • Drug test
  • Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
  • Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Compensation:

 

$70,000=73,000  Annual

 

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
