Overview

Scope of Responsibilities: Serve as a business leader responsible for the management, strategy, and execution of AristaCare services. Oversee operational projects in alignment with organizational goals. Devise and establish systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management and to analyze business requirements to determine organizational needs. Lead and direct the staff in the pharmacy division to meet all industry standards. Perform with President the planning, budgeting, analysis, development, and execution of the company budget. Responsible with President for the strategic growth of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily activities of AristaCare personnel in the pharmacies (oversight). Conducts performance appraisals of team members (PIC staff) and makes staffing recommendations. Communicates company and departmental plans and progress to subordinates.
  • Participate in development and implementation of initiatives to improve processes and procedures.
  • Work with President in budgeting and month over month performance metrics.
  • Responsible for creating network of strategic vendor relationships to increase company infusion platform, to create desirable acquisition costs.
  • Work closely with President to set the strategic direction related to operations of the pharmacy and sales growth for the organization.
  • Lead and mentor staff to improve skill set and career potential.
  • Responsible for ensuring staff complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
  • Strategically align with President in new site growth, planning, training, implementation, and positive execution of locations.
  • Responsible for Cleanroom certifications
  • Responsible for assisting with capital and expense budget plans.
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
  • Responsible for preparation and execution of yearly internal audit and inventory audits
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health-related degree required
  • Master’s degree preferred

 

Experience:

  • Preferred:  5+ years of practice in a specialty or infusion setting
  • Preferred: 1-2 Years of experience in a managed care setting 

 

Job Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance roles to help gain competitive advantage and keep the best interest of the organizational employees across multiple divisions
  • Ability to work well with people from different disciplines and with varying degrees of technical expertise and the ability to make connections in a diplomatic demeanor
  • Exceptional communication and verbal skills, including the ability to provide instructional information.
  • PC Skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Insurance knowledge in pharmacy and medical benefits.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge in USP 797 and USP 800 guidelines.

 

Compensation

 

$119,000-132,385.60 per year.

 

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
